Being in the boat made it difficult to stop and get shots of people going through the rapids, however there were a few occasions where our guides tucked us into an eddy in perfect position for some shots of the next boats to come through. One of the best was at the biggest rapid on the river, Lava Falls. Big Bruce put forth a herculean effort to cross the rapid after we had sucessfully navigated it and put me into prime position for some shots of the remaining boats. Those shots from Lava Falls are on the first five pages. The remaining pages are from earlier rapids.

Worse than all the other shots, the small size of images I've standardized on for this website doesn't do the quality of these pictures justice. Therefore, for a select shot on each of the lava falls series I have put a link to a larger size.
